In the case of the product not as described in the website, then with in 2 days of you receiving the product you can request a Replacement / Exchange at no extra cost.

For prepaid orders we offer refund on your paid amount and for COD orders we deduct 10% as handling expenses. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.
